The Fix

Article 6 of 8

All of the Electorate voted one way or another in every U.S. state until I stopped looking for abstentions, amounting to 51% of the eligible voters who stayed away from the polls, Election Day 1996. So I had to reevaluate what could be done in order to publicize I won Power by Default for military rule, accomplish deportation to fund The Third Party for Article 2.

Congress joked about the Y2K problem's origin, politicians spending tax payer billions for themselves, "political system". US Military has my leadership! Some say people don't care what is good for them. As dictator I deal with the problems facing this country. I figured out "Y2k" as good as anyone. But politicians lie and misled the people until their money is worthless, for fraudulent reasons, use tax dollars for subverting the national security with treaties and economic policies against the job security of every White American Citizen. 

Here I have one of the possible ways for correcting the "Y2K" problem, concerning a year 2000 date Vs. a 00 through 99 computer date perception of time, in 1999. Add a second in date counting in computers for the transition into a new century, that will have to pick up all over again another new business year as usual, for all of the computer time around.

For a space ship industry economy the American people are called up for military action in an ethnic cleansing for American fighters, to each take their choices of all of the homes and things to take from the aliens in battles, and divide up all of the spoils of victory for removing aliens from American soil. With me in power the U.S. Citizens take their enemies property and things as a booty, to distribute amongst the soldiers and expropriate for the National Treasury, accounts in a social upheaval. Confiscate the wealth -- and collect it together in warehouses of food and other valuables to stockpile from the battles, until Final Victory is achieved! So under U.S. Militia force, America thins out to only White Americans. Here violent change suffices in desperate times, there is no peaceful solution. The American labor socioeconomic government system inductees despoil enemies, and aliens. The American Citizens get paid in gold and silver in a system of Public banking. While every available Citizen of the United States, and every kindred thereof from the other allied countries fight under my dictatorial leadership, for preservation & prosperity in the JesusChrist, unite where a Majority makes all of the rules in the polls on everything. 

Without a need to scrap embedded computer chip data storing cards from reading a 1900 date in two digits 1900 turns 2000 in electronics when 9 becomes a 10 19 becomes a 20!

I don't have to be a "geek" with computer savvy to know that "Y2K" was a political scam, taking so many billions of tax dollars to fix computers, to count the centuries differently.

Just for the record, on my Y2K solution as Leader, simply make the new millennium on all of the computer equipment the new way of counting time only on electronics serving the U.S. armed forces. Where military time would hinge on setting equipment so 01/01/@0 for the year 2000 (01/01/00), that only needs "adding" one second to a 2000 out of a 1999. 

After 1900 computer memory because a computer is half alive and a creature of habit has been continuously coming up with an "@" all of the time to mean that information is somehow different beginning there the 24hr 99 year centuries will end in @ plus a second. Beginning on New Years Eve 1999 computers are sure to conceive of an @ to really mean that the date 2000 is anything but 1900. So my 01/01/@0 is actually the year 2000 that immediately follows 1900; and 1 second begins New Year with another 24 hours in 2000! 

On the same line beside the 1999 "date and time" in the lower right hand corner of every Web page express it in so many days hours and seconds of a countdown to the New Year 2000 ending with an "@0" to 1999 to conclude 1900 on 01/01/@0 so computers and their computer chips all recognize 2000 as the date 01/01/@0=2000. The century 1900 ends at "00" a second to the year 2000, on 01/01/@0= "2000", which certainly is not in 1900! 

When 01/01/00 is reached for the "countdown" mo/dy/yr hours minutes and seconds to "2000=01/01/@0" the prefix countdown "mo/dy/yr hours and minutes to" should run out when the old time system stops counting and the new date "2000=01/01/@0" to the right of it counts on with the seconds of the year day 1 2000. Electronics presently run by the double digit computer system then ends working as usual, counting time in double digits.

Millennium Conversion

01/01/@0=2000 is  

EXPLANATION:  Beginning on New Years Day in the above box for time time goes forward from 1999 to 2000, while counting the leap years every year into the future.  Where if this computer year @0 computer time dating method were programmed into every computer the @ would still be around for converting the century changes. "Y2K" never needed tax dollars in a computer overhaul fixing program to replace "embedded" computer chips in planes and things, that never starts back in 1900 again. So time changes in a last second of 1999, when 01/01/@00 happens, that ends time counting to 2000 in the countdown box. 2000 begins at 00 days, 00 hours, 00 minutes, 00 seconds left of 1900, concurrently starting the "Millennium Conversion" time ticker at 00 days, 00 hours, 00 minutes, 01 seconds of 2000. Where there was no chance the new century would be in the 1900's on computers to crash them, from starting over in 1900. If computers could reason in 1900 repeating at the end of 1999 that would mean computers could not count up to 2000! Embedded chips would only conflict with any new programming. Where all else is a political scam to spend billions of tax payer's dollars to get profit! Here is my leadership for a military coup, by the Default in voting, or US Military might as well roll over dead.
